Tony , In relation to converting the flinch , did you find any strong correlations between any of the many variables in breathing and performing a more desirable conversion ? Also , can you comment on whether one's breathing can be 'optimized' for the surprise attack ? What about during 'suspicion' or 'certainty' ? Thanks , Var

Var, While there are some breathing techinqes that can help you breathe deeper as well as help you relax, many of those are training steps taken prior to the fight. In the fight, you just fight. So my recomendation is to just breathe cause if you dont you will die :-) T
