Yes, this is the first time the material is being released to civilians. The set is 3 DVDs with over 6 hours of material taken from instruction, seminars, and bonus footage form the first three DVDs of the LE set.

I just finished viewing the ISR-PM DVD series. I think for anyone interested in self defense skills, Law Enforcement, or security training that this series is a MUST HAVE! This system is beautiful, both in its simplicity and depth. If you have trained in good delivery systems like Greco-Roman or BJJ you have no doubt seen alot of the techniques shown on the series, but the real treasure of the system is how intelligently the system has been structured, hence the "Matrix". It is truly one of the most thought out systems that I have seen. The ISR-PM is something anyone can learn quickly, and be able to retain easily. Even if your primary interest is self defense, but you still desire the depth that attracts you to the many combat sports system it's all here. Also, if your like me and have a few more injuries than you would like to have, they take that into account too, it really is for every-body. I just can't really say enough about how impressed I was with what I have seen of the system. I know that I will be recommending that all my friends in the martial arts and law enforcement to purchase the DVD's. I am eagerly awating the second part to this series. Thanks Luis for your hard work on this material, your passion for the system shines through. Sincerely, Shane
