Is there a drink ( electrolyte) that is used in here to help recover after cutting weight ? Please help me out . Thanks Steve

There are lots of Gatorade substitutes if those are fine. 'Pocari Sweat', Powerade and Gatorade are all readily availiable in Korea from any convenience store.. As for proper pedialyte, you might want to try asking for it in a chemist, as virtually all brand/drug/chemical names are the same in Korean as in English... Good Luck with the fight. Paul
