Class is moving along nicely...have about 10 regulars and another 5-10 who make to class when mission allows (we also just picked up another Level III). The "Dojo" is up and running on Sat and Sun and MACP is going strong at the House of Pain on M-W-F (2000). Need more females...Heather's the only one and we're tired of getting our asses kicked by a girl!

Glad to hear things are going so well, Andy. Retired life is great. I don't mind the extra paycheck every month. I'm still staying close to the school. chris

Chris, I am trying to get myself back there...Matt's helping me work a COTTAD angle...we'll see if that pans out. You had mentioned that you could get mats...what you got? Andy

Hey Chris, I know this thread was started asking for help with mats in Iraq but can we also call Swain and talk to Chuck about getting mats to us in Korea? Thanks, Rich

Keith, It was good to have you in the class...fresh blood is always good...especially someone w/ some talent. Looking forward to seeing you there tonight...plus, you get a special treat tonight...you'll actually see SGT Singley put me in a sub...granted, I'll be letting him IOT demonstrate it to you guys...but for him, that's a huge victory! LOL!

thank u for the kind words, i really enjoyed the format of the class tonight and definitely learned alot about the triangle choke. you definitely have a good program and it seems the strength and fitness levels of the co trainees is a higher level than what i remember from when i used to train, that can be very beneficial to me as i am finding it impossible to just force techniques and i guess it will make me focus on the actual technical aspect much more,, that and it will help if i can get my mat lungs back.
