Well haven't you ever seen Baywatch? anyway... It is a drill developed to develop rather the going with the flow and constantly pressuring the guy on the bottom with passes rather than doing and drilling pass 1 and then pass 2 and then sparring.

Jacob: I have been trying to figure out a way to describe this for you but it is actually difficult to put into words. It is a method of training standing passes, each of which has a different "pressure" and/or hip position. It is often trained initially as a "call out" drill. If you attend one of Matt's seminars you will probably be exposed to this or something similar. Mike www.SBGi.ca

It's a drill that has you transitioning through 8 or 9 different guard passing pressures. Pretty cool drill. It will be on the Spring Camp '06 DVD set that will be released in conjunction with Spring Camp '07.
