My car is a 1995 Ford Ranger supercab 4x2 with about 150k miles. I really don't give a shit about this car but it is paid for and insurance is really cheap. Here's what is wrong with it. Airbag light is on. Check engine light is on. Several thousand miles overdue for an oil change. Chrome wheels are damaged from not cleaning brake dust. Passenger side door lock solenoid (aftermarket) burns out every few years. I can hear it straining due to a bad angle on the door lock shaft. I know it will burn out again. Kenwood stereo died so I replaced it with the stock stereo but the CD changer sits unused. I can't get the CD magazine out because it was powered through the head unit. Edges of the wheel wells are torn up from not securely tightening snow chains. Timing belt has dry rot cracks. Driver side seat belt doesn't fasten unless I jiggle a screwdriver in there before inserting buckle. I keep a Swiss Army Knife in the cup holder for this. Small spider crack in the windshield. I got it 6 years ago and tried to repair it with a store bought kit but it looks the same. However it has not grown at all through all kinds of hot and cold weather. Center armrest/console is loose. I was taking a turn and holding onto the center console and heard a snap. I keep losing radiator fluid. Rather than fix it I just keep 2 gallons of water in the car at all times. Repairs cost money, water is free. Tires are too big and they rub on the front sway bar if I turn the wheel all the way to the right. Bigger tires also throw off my guages. Many small dents and scratches. Many squeaks and strange noises as I drive. To remedy this I turn up the radio.

The injectors are too small for the boost level and I have to flip a switch to retard the timing at high rpms.

1995 Ford Ranger 192,xxx miles Emergency brake release screw is stripped so the handle just dangles free, but that doesn't bother me because the brake sticks anyway so I rarely use it. Rearview mirror falls off everytime the weather changes (cheap glue, my own fault) During hot weather the clutch sticks, generally I just kick off my shoes and grab the pedal with my toes and pull it out. Cigarette burn in the seat, couple stains in the floor (I don't offer to DD my inconsiderate drunk ass friends anymore) But it gets 25+ mpg and has never not started, paint and body are still in almost new condition, so I'm happy with it.

I need new tires on the front, and it needs a good cleaning inside and out. Otherwise, 82K miles and all's well.

2000 Ford Escort 105000 miles It won't pass inspection because of the emissions. The check engine light is on. When I ran it through the computer, it says to change my O2 sensors. I have done that already, so I'm not certain if I need to do it again, or what, since the problem never went away. I had the fuel system flushed awhile back and the fuel filter changed, and that caused my car to run a lot smoother, yet now it's idling extremely rough, and it will die sometimes if I don't give it enough gas. I've never changed the plugs or wires, and have only had the oil change place do maintenence, so I'm not sure what I should be doing to it, really. I finally got it paid off though.

My P38 range rover is going to need a new front diff in the next couple of thousand miles and Audi A3 could use a new clutch and possibly a replacement 2nd gear

El Clap's O2 heater circuit in the ecu is probably done if new sensors didn't help.

Update, two things: My designated driver (irony of all irony) backed into a concrete pillar, dented my drivers side door and knocked off the drivers side mirror. Driving home from Vegas, 5 miles from home, some jackass dropped a couch, a freaking couch, out of the bed of his truck. I hit it at about 60 miles an hour. All it did, amazingly, was crack the plastic ring around my front liscence plate. But I did get the oil changed.

2002 avalanche: put a big fucking gouge on the passenger side door panel awhile back. Other than than that the thing has not had one problem. I had to get brakes and tires a while back. 2004 Mazda 6: Both low beams burnt out. Heater makes a funny noise. Right side speakers quit working sometimes when playing CD's. Sunroof leaks at the car wash. Front brake rotors are warped. Bought both new. Avalanche is great. The Mazda I'm not too impressed with but it did come with a 10 year 100,000 mile warrenty.

2003 4runner. An oncoming tire cracked my front bumper and fog light. Barely missed my bullbar, fuckin-aye.. that's probably the only time I'll ever need that thing and the tire just dodges it.
