This is clearly a violation of the constitution. We have already seen what the NAFTA agreement has done to our counrty. It is cheaper to import products into this country and sell less quality than it is to produce it here at home. <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/7Qb5RT1My1k"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param></object>

This is clearly a violation of the constitution. Where does the Constitution prohibit private organizations from promoting free trade agreements?

this is a government policy or program not private company. It is SPP.gov Your Lou Dobbs clip is talking specifically about a private organization promoting free trade. It doesn't even mention SPP. There is nothing unconstitutional about private organizations promoting free trade agreemenents. If you posted the wrong clip, and really meant to talk about the SPP, what specifically do you think is unconstitutional about that? I don't see where there was any surrender of sovereignty.

I saw the SPP-Lou Dobbs clip a few weeks ago when you posted it. That doesn't answer the questions I addressed to you. What do you think is unconstitutional about a private organizatoin promoting free trade? What specifically do you think is unconstitutional about the SPP? And where is there a surrender of sovereignty?
