I gotta lose 10 pounds in exactly 5 weeks. I am at 180 pounds right now and have to be at 170 march 23. This is the day before weigh ins. This is my Schedule and diet. Diet 5:00 AM: Protein Drink Low carb 44 grams of protein 10:00 AM: 17 grams of low carb protein drink 11:30 AM: Baked Chicken breast of grilled Top Round Steak and a salad with greens like Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Lettace, Bell Peppers, and brochlie 2:00 17 grams of protein low carb drink 9:15 PM: Same as lunch 10:30 PM: Take a low card 44 grams of protein shake before bedtime Here is my training schedule as it rotates around my job. Mondays: 5:45 PM-7:00 PM- Wieght lifting Chest and Tri's 7:00 PM -9:00 PM Ji Jitsu Tuesdays: 6:00 PM two mile run 7:00-9:00- MMA Weds: Weight Lifting 5:45-7:00 Back and bi's 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Jiu Jitsu Thurs: 6:00 PM 3 mile run 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM- MMA FRIDAY: 5:00PM 6:00 PM- Legs 6:00 PM 8:00 PM- Open GYM Saturday: one mile run 10 50 yard sprints Then the run the stadium stairs. Sundays OFF My work Shedule is from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon thru Friday and then the trip home Sometimes my weight dips down to 178 and goes up to anywhere around 182. Thanks man, I need the help.
