Military training can take on insane, sometimes even extreme, methods of training.  Well known to the general public is that most military forces, particularly the super powers, go through crazy training before they are certified to be deployed to act on the country’s behave to serve and protect, however; what most people are not aware of are the depths of insanity that some military forces put their soldiers through.

There are a variety of methods employed by various countries that simply defy the logic of reason and seem to be completely asinine.  For example, let’s take a look at the United States Navy Seals; it is obvious to all Americans that the Seals go through an intense training protocol, in fact there are Discovery Channel documentaries and mini-series in regards to the particulars…however; one thing that fails to be mentioned is their method of what is referred to as “drown proofing.”

Yes, you read that correctly, they actually teach their soldiers how to defy the odds and survive an attempted drowning; but the extremes do not stop there…not even close.  Let us now turn our attention to the U.S. Marines; not only do they require their soldiers to drink Cobra blood but also require them to eat a variety of bugs and even learn how to bite the head off of a chicken!

The list found in the video below simply gets crazier from there with demonstrations of one military that requires its members to break concrete blocks, which happen to be flaming, with their heads and also getting shot in the chest!
