Ninjutsu vs MMA in challenge match – ends quickly
Ninjutsu is a Japanese traditional martial art that was of course used by the ninjas in feudal Japan. Though many of us wanted to be ninjas growing up most of us grew out of that phase. Some however did not though like the guy in this YouTube video as well as many others who train in ninjutsu.
Ninjutsu as a martial art just doesn’t seem to very practical. Who could forget the ninjutsu practitioner from UFC 2, Scott Morris, who got absolutely destroyed by Patrick Smith in one of the greatest whoopings of all time? Ninjutsu, along with many other traditional martial arts, just seems like an outdated, antiquated system of combat that doesn’t hold up under scrutiny.
According to the video description “After the first fight the ninja immediately asked for a rematch, claiming he had all sorts of opportunities to do terrible things to me just like the keyboard warrior, lukie69, claimed he would poke my eyes out if we were to fight…
i’d like to apologize to all the ninjas and jkd guys out there, this guys demonstration may not have done the art justice. please feel free to post a VIDEO response of your art working in real life.”
So basically this ‘ninja’ already got beat once and wanted another chance. When the action starts you can see the ninjutsu practitioner cluelessly walking around with his hands down. He throws out a couple crappy looking kicks of his own before getting absolutely blasted in the legs with low kicks.
The ninjutsu guy has no idea how to defend himself or even how to just stay out of his opponents striking range. He desperately then tries to take the MMA fighter down but leaves his neck out to get snatched in a guillotine choke. He is then forced to quickly tap out.
