TACTICALISTHENICS: Sweating bullets with Master Ken

Saturday, June 24, 2017

There are quite a few schools of thought when it comes to self-defense but by and large, they can be categorized into two large groups: armed and unarmed.  We are all familiar with the varieties of unarmed self-defense training that are available but the armed varieties are becoming ever more popular.

By and large, self-defense training that utilizes weapons such as guns, knives, and even pens is known as tactical self-defense with one of the most popular weapons of choice being the firearm.

Now there are not many people that leave the house during the day or at night that intend to get into a street fight.  There are some that do but those people are few and far between as the average Joe has no intentions of getting into a physical altercation…EVER.

Born out of the fear of not being able to defend one’s self or family adequately many people have turned to self-defense training.  Master Ken has once again been at the forefront of this self-defense revolution and has developed his TACTICALISTHENICS!

Utilizing such effective, practical, and fat burning maneuvers such as the “pray ‘n spray”, “tap it and rack it”, and the ever so popular “sun’s up, guns up”; Master Ken utilizes gun self-defense in this fat-burning, cardio workout.

So check out the video below and blast away that unwanted fat with Master Ken’s Tacticalisthenics!
