The top 3 DEADLIEST strikes in a street fight

Monday, August 28, 2017

Street fighting is often glamorized in films and TV shows but in real life, it is a very stupid thing to do that nothing good ever comes from. There are simply way too many factors and too much that can go wrong in a street fight. That is why the most skilled martial artists know to never fight unless they have no other choice which is only in a self-defense type situation.

In the following video, we see two self-defense experts Nick Dross and Master Ken unveil their top 3 deadliest strikes in a street fight to use only if someone gives you no other choice and forces you to defend yourself.

This video is clearly meant to be more hyperbole and humorous than an actual guide of effective striking maneuvers, but perhaps they could be effective if your attacker was caught off guard or doesn’t really know how to fight that well.

Self-defense expert Nick Drossos recommends open palm strikes to the attacker’s throat and face, as well as headbutts. Many self-defense experts prefer open palm strikes to closed fist due to fears of breaking your hand but a straight right hand can certainly be very devastating too if thrown correctly. Headbutts can be a devastating strike as well but the only thing is you have to be really close to your opponent to use it.

Nick Drossos is dedicated to teaching self-defense that will keep you and your loved ones safe from any violent encounter/conflict. His methods and advice will show you how to defend yourself against physical, verbal and psychological attacks. Whatever your age, gender or fitness level, you can benefit from Nick’s self-defense strategies and experience. Nick grew up in a lower-class neighborhood and often being picked on and bullied created a situation where he had to fend for himself. This difficult background led him to start learning traditional martial arts, such as Kung Fu, Taekwondo, and later Boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and various Reality-Based self-defense systems.  [Source:]
