Jean-Claude Van Damme vs. Mike Tyson – who would win in real life?

Friday, February 09, 2018

In this fantasy simulation match from the video game, EA UFC 2, we see what would happen if boxing legend, Mike Tyson, had a UFC fight against martial arts film star, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and the end result may very well surprise you.

Compared to many other martial arts film stars, Jean-Claude is one of the more legitimate guys in that world I’d reckon as he possesses a legitimate, competitive background in karate as well as in kickboxing to a certain degree.

However, with that being said, at one point in time, Mike Tyson was the best heavyweight boxer on the planet and a rather ferocious one at that. Say what you will about his downfall or his later fights with Lennox Lewis or Evander Holyfield, at one point in time Mike Tyson was ‘the man’ and truly an elite-level combat athlete which cannot be said for Van Damme.

Jean-Claude Van Damme vs Mike Tyson – who would win?

Mike Tyson would most likely make very quick work of Jean-Claude, much more so than seen here in this video. But perhaps if you take Jean-Claude Van Damme at his absolute best in his absolute prime against an out of shape Tyson, he may have a slim chance.

Check out the video below to see the finish.
