Pierce Brosnan has very different thoughts on Mayweather/McGregor
With pound for pound boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr recently announcing he was officially coming out of retirement to fight UFC superstar Conor McGregor, as well as UFC president Dana White saying that he thinks the bout will occur, this Mixed Martial Arts versus Boxing super fight surprisingly moves that bit closer to reality despite originally being thought of as nothing more than a publicity stunt by both parties.
With rumors swirling for a fight to materialize in June at the T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas, the public’s interest is growing steadily by the day. With Conor and Floyd’s names in every other headline, to official betting lines being released as well as athletes and celebrities giving their predictions on the outcome of this super fight.
In the following street interview with TMZ Sports from St Patricks Day, former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan gets asked to give his thoughts on the bout and not surprisingly he has some very encouraging words for his fellow countryman McGregor.
“Oh man, Mayweather is going to go down, he’s going to go down.”
