UFC fighters share the dumbest comments they hear from people
The Ultimate Fighting Championship has certainly come a long way since its inception in 1993, with the promotion becoming more and more visible in the mainstream after flagship moments in its short history such as the inaugural Ultimate Fighter finale to the sensations that are Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor.
But even though more and more MMA fighters are popping up in movies, TV shows and video games and superstars like Ronda and Conor make countless appearances on mainstream talk shows like Conan O’Brien and Ellen, the casual audiences knowledge and perception of the sport is still quite basic and often quite hilarious.
In the following video various UFC fighters share some of the stupidest things they have heard people say to them regarding the sport of “Ultimate Fighting”.
UFC welterweight James Moontasri who’s had six fights inside the Octagon seems flat out confused by the challenges he often gets.
“I’ve never been in a street fight in my life, and random people always want to fight me. I don’t get it.”
Top 15 UFC straw-weight Felice Herrig on the other hand just seems tired of all the dumb comments she receives.
“Uh do you ever fight dudes, uhhh do you ever get hurt?”
