Can a Marine take one of Cat Zingano’s leg kicks?
After having watched the footage, I’m not so sure.
“Alpha” Cat Zingano kicks hard. Really hard. The UFC Women’s Bantamweight perennial contender is by and large one of the strongest fighters on the UFC roster, pound-for-pound. Needless to say, Zingano’s kicks are devastating.
Alright, but just how devastating? To find out, the UFC fighter took advantage of her presence at a military summit to test the strength of her leg kicks on various Marines. That’s right, several Marines were happy to just stand there waiting to be blasted in the leg by Zingano. Hey, that’s not every day that you can test your resistance against a UFC fighter.
Some of the Marines flinched, some didn’t. One even tried to check the kick! They all tried their best at not showing any sign of pain or discomfort. As various as their reactions were they all had a common goal: keep a poker face.
As you’ll see some Marines definitely had a harder time enduring the kicks than others. Oh, and by the way, Zingano has mentioned on her Instagram that she was going at only 50 percent. Now imagine if she went full force. Yikes!
