True, but she always struck me as one of the ones who actually has some class. Cody found himself a keeper in her.

Marlo Sansfield - They can be really petty
This is what be been saying. Vince is the most petty man alive. Holding grudges for no reason and letting it affect the product. Simply ridiculous. Phone Post 3.0

Marlo Sansfield - They can be really petty

In the latest Monday Night Art thread (after AJ lost clean to KO not 24 hours after losing yet again to Roman at Extreme Rules and them not even going with the Club breakup segment they did right before the AJ/KO match), I posted something - only intending for it to be half-sarcastic - that AJ needed to cut his losses, get out of his contract, and go back to Japan. That WWE was "Sting"-ing him.

Another forum member (I believe it was ChaosOverkill) responded along the lines of Vince would rather let him sit out his contract or put him in a stupid storyline...just because.

Pretty much what Vince & company has done / is doing to Cody here.

And Cody didn't even have to fight the stigma of not being a WWE product / creation (like Sting or AJ).

8/19 is likely when his non-compete is up, and that's a list of opponents/accomplishments he wants to do on the indys Phone Post 3.0

I don't blame him for leaving, and the statement is a definitive way to leave. I hope he catches on elsewhere with a character he is happy with, which is something that didn't really happen in WWE.

Maybe a Rhodes Scholars reunion Phone Post 3.0

I think Barrett and Galloway are two that really got away and were either given the half push too early (Galloway), or inexplicably SuperCena'd (Barrett)...

In for Barrett v Papa Shango though... once he's done with him, Kamala awaits Phone Post 3.0

Hasn't he already done his personal ring announcer? I mean, they've been married for how long now? I would hope he's done her at least once. If not Brandi, give me a call

If he tears through that list gets in a few Japan matches and Colt Cabana/Jay Lethal he'll get to walk into the Royal rumble as a surprise entrant into years and be the man. He needs to get off the wellness policy get on the sauce, thicken up look a little older develop more of a tough guy style he'll be the man when he comes back Phone Post 3.0

Chocolate Shatner - His wife's been released.

Lets face it, she's already married, she's not fucking one of the boys backstage, and she's black.

In other words, in VKM's book, three strikes and she's out.

I could see Cody as the Bullet Club leader. He's a great heel.

I think they are about to lose a few more top guys this year, it could make sense.

Why would he be a great leader for the BC, he's an average talent at best. And I guess I must a missed all of his great heel work. Obviously the wwe misses opportunities on a lot of guys, but I think they had Cody slotted in the right spot as a mid card heel. The closest he ever made it to the top of the card was as Randy's flunky. The best work of his career was him tagging with his brother and other than a lot of great matches against the shield, I can't think of one above average Cody match in his entire wwe run. If Cody does a lot of noteworthy shit on the Indy's or in other promotions I could definitely believe others will follow suit. This shit has been simmering backstage for well over a decade. Cody himself is amongst several others like Barrett in the recent time period Phone Post 3.0

I think you've missed the point. Much like wwe.

He is very talented, and SHOULD be missed. Yet wwe has failed him. Phone Post 3.0

Why should he be missed, he's an average talent who I feel(im probably in the minority) the WWE had correctly slotted in the mid card and with the dumb stardust gimmick at the bottom of the card. He's been with the company for 10 years and is basically a lesser version of Randy Orton
