His promise to create more content for the modules has been determined to be a lie.

Not true at all....he has added materially to several of the modules.  Just added a ton to mount maintanence in the past few weeks.

Ive been a member for quite a while. The site is managed by Scotty Nelson (On The Mat) and is a great resource. Customer service is top notch, and there's s Facebook group for questions that Henry and Scotty are both active on. Material IS added to old modules from time to time, and new modules come out regularly.

One YouTube video that he put out showed me one small detail that has made my bottom game improve leaps and bounds. To say that I am grateful to him doesn't even scratch the surface.

What was that in relation to?

Lots of people I know and trust really like his material and have remarked that their games have really improved after becoming members of his site.

He has added maybe 3 videos to the closed guard module over the period of 3 years.

I hot a module a couple years ago and I enjoyed some of the learning. A few things that were "oh, why didn't I think of that"! But from my perspective I find them to be more a collection of "tricks" (for lack of a better word) than a cohesive system.

For example, if you want to be good at open guard, you are not getting a comprehensive, graduated methodology that will build your skill in a progression, but rather a bunch of refinements to particular moves.
It is what it is. I like some of it, and find other parts probably won't help me improve. Definitely has some different stuff than others.

I freaking love it.  I've tried Marcelo's and Saulo's but like Henry's content much better.  I don't know why anyone would complain even if Henry didn't add new content.  His closed guard modules has something like 20 freaking videos.  What does that come out to, $2.00 per video?

Potential buyers should just be aware of what they are buying.  Do not expect future content added.  Expect Henry to continue to create new modules and/or sell to the secret monthly club.  I think Henry has some things to share; a lot of people would benefit from those things.  The marketing is obnoxious.  The false advertising is unacceptable.

Yet, he HAS added to modules.  So, I'd have to disagree with you there.  However, I do agree that the marketing is a turn-off.

I did only purchase one module, but it’s the closed guard module.  Adding 3 techniques after  1 year and adding 0 techniques after another 2 years falls drastically short of access to future content.  It’s as silly as the marketing claims of his flooding my Facebook feed.  No.  20+ year black belts are not burning their training notes.  And no.  Do not expect more techniques to be added to the module you are buying.

Well, I'm a black belt and have been training for 20 years and I basically did, in fact, burn my training notes after learning Henry's stuff.  But to be clear, you acknowledge that he has added content.  I understand that you find the amount of added content or length of time before more content is offered to individual modules to be insufficient.  I'm not going to argue with that opinion, though I don't share it.  Everyone has their own perspective.
