I just went to 3 popular gi brand sites. Looked at 10 gi’s sizes A1-A2, and they were sold out of every single one. 

Selling out should be rare... and If you’re sold out... you should restock immediately ??? 

 

Here I am willing drop $200, and nobody wants my money.

I don’t think they hate money. I think they hate having cash flow to supply enough skews

It’s extremely annoying. Even more so when your school “encourages” you to get a brand tied in with their affiliation and they NEVER have common sizes in stock.

This. Most manufacturers need you to buy 100 minimum and some don't allow spexial sizes. Lead time is 4-6 months. Imagine trying to figure out how to make purchases when most students will buy on a whim. 

 

You want 6-8k cash out as an owner?

lucky for me my academy only allows me to wear their gi. so i never have the problem.
