Clark Gracie has some really good videos on YouTube if you want free stuff. If you're willing to pay, Andris Brunovskis has a great DVD (he probably has some good stuff on YouTube as well), or you could check out the Mendes Brothers or Cobrihna's sites. Shawn Williams is also a good resource, as it's one of the primary attacks from Williams guard.

Andris Brunovskis has a huge series on the Grappler Guide. It's a more updated version of his DVD he filmed with a lot more content.

Marcelo has a series on the omoplata. Also, look for some of Nino Elvis Schembri's older stuff. He's got an instructional on the omoplata as well.

Shout out to Stephan Kesting. His Omoplata resource is still a great source of both variety and refinements.

Thank you so much good sir. Making version 2.0 of that instructional is a huge priority of mine that I hope to tackle this fall!

I changed my omoplata escape because of Stephen. So thanks for that.

Love your podcast!

That podcast is going to take a serious 90° turn this summer. I am doing a 1000 mile solo trip in the Arctic, and if I can get a satellite connection along the way my summer podcast episodes are mostly going to be dispatches from the field during the trip. Hope you enjoy those too!
