You have a great public library. It's very cool that a LCS donates single issues for library patrons.

I would add DC Universe for the paid apps. They upped the quantity they had available to compete with Marvel Unlimited plus the animated movies and original series are pretty good. 

Don’t be afraid to check out some Indy comics as well. Oldschool Eastman And Lairds Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will give you a different perception of the Turtles or something like Megaton Man to see where the Tick comes from.
