FBI has had this since last December. They would know if this was Russian disinformation and would/could/should put an end to this immediately. But they are not. What does that tell you?

Biden’s lawyer contacted the repair shop trying to get he computer back. Email is available.
The only disinformation is probably that article that you posted. Time will tell I guess.
Also very little reporting that last year a judge told Mueller he hadn’t shown that these Russians worked for the Russian government and if he continued to say so he would be in contempt of court. That was May 29th. The next day he held an impromptu press conference and quit.
