I would really like to get shredded, however that goal conflicts with a goal I'm currently pursuing, which is to bench 500 pounds. From Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 I lost 70 pounds of fat and put on 20 pounds of muscle. Since then I've put on about 20 more pounds, which is mostly muscle as my lift numbers have gone up since then (Bench has gone up about 70 pounds with that added 20 pounds of weight). However it has increased my bodyfat as well, which I knew would happen and accept it as part of the price I have to pay to reach my bench goal. I've got to up my bench about 25 more pounds before I reach that goal, and then I'll be all about shredding & getting as fit as possible for the rest of my life.
