For the first time in over 10 yrs I'm weighing in wearing shorts and a t-shirt at under 180 lbs. I think the last time this happened I was in good shape and got sick as fuck with a stomach flu (heat exhaustion?) for a few days after a big run in gnarly heat. Really need to get back to strength training but I'm really happy my weight is where it is. I'm eating very differently than I had been a few months ago.
My dessert type of things lately have been non-existent. But if I do feel like having something it'll probably be a protein drink or a Mexican frozen fruit bar. Had a couple really good choco chip cookies the other day and didn't feel too good after having them. I've got my overnight oats soaking with chia seeds, peanut butter, walnuts, and frozen blueberries right now and I think that'll be my dessert tonight.
I've been getting back out for some brisk strolls around town and instead of using that as an opportunity to eat more I'm just going without. I feel pretty damn dialed in. Once I expand my food preparing abilities and get back on my stremf shit I'm gonna be quite the cutie patootie. Going to the A's wildcard game tomorrow so I'm sure I'm gonna eat a bunch of delicious food at a huge tailgate. No ragrets.
