Anyone use an ECA stack to help shave off the last bit? I'm pretty close to the point of seeing definition in abs but have hit a plateau in getting my BF much lower

For the first time in over 10 yrs I'm weighing in wearing shorts and a t-shirt at under 180 lbs. I think the last time this happened I was in good shape and got sick as fuck with a stomach flu (heat exhaustion?) for a few days after a big run in gnarly heat. Really need to get back to strength training but I'm really happy my weight is where it is. I'm eating very differently than I had been a few months ago.

My dessert type of things lately have been non-existent. But if I do feel like having something it'll probably be a protein drink or a Mexican frozen fruit bar. Had a couple really good choco chip cookies the other day and didn't feel too good after having them. I've got my overnight oats soaking with chia seeds, peanut butter, walnuts, and frozen blueberries right now and I think that'll be my dessert tonight.

I've been getting back out for some brisk strolls around town and instead of using that as an opportunity to eat more I'm just going without. I feel pretty damn dialed in. Once I expand my food preparing abilities and get back on my stremf shit I'm gonna be quite the cutie patootie. Going to the A's wildcard game tomorrow so I'm sure I'm gonna eat a bunch of delicious food at a huge tailgate. No ragrets.

Ditch the Aspirin, which isn't necessary at all and you don't want to be taking excessive amounts of it.

Main benefit of the EC stack to me is it helps suppress your appetite making dieting a bit easier.

Thanks, tried it today and felt pretty cracked out by the end of the day, I think I'll stick with it for a couple more days but the ephedrine definitely makes me feel weird

I was too fat for too long; especially earlier in life. Never gonna fill out all the loose skin but I should have some improvement when the working out gets back up to full speed.

You can be the new SIncognito now since he's gone. Next step it to work on your "cool guy" image. Grow a man bun and get some good vnecks and fashion jeans. One of those necklaces made of shells.

Also, bring up how you used to be fat and how much weight you lost as much as possible. Just stop random people and tell them if you have to. You gotta get those self back-pats in.

Lol!! Gimme a month bro. I'm gonna kick ass all through the holidays. Losing weight is easy when you're a great big fat person.

And don't get it twisted. I'm well aware I'm never going to be shredded. I'm also not saying I'm anywhere near as in shape as Alexander Volkanovski. But he is the example I'll use when I say I'm always going to look pretty flat and saggy (compared to others who were never big fats) other than times immediately following a good pump. It's just the curse most of us who allowed themselves to be big fat people for much of their lives will have to live with, unless they decided to get laser removal or pack a bunch of muscle on their frame to fill it up. My belly while doing pushups or bending over is pretty fucking disgusting looking. Lol

All three minutes per cardio session, haha. Honestly my diet has been everything the last month. I'm pretty damn locked in since I quit smoking weed and tobacco together about a month or so ago. I've had ice cream once in that time. And it was some funky brand that was high in protein, low in flavor, and was around 400 calories tops for the entire pint. My will power and dedication has been amazing compared to what it was. Been back to exercising for not even a week now. All my pullups are L-sits. I'm sure I lost strength, but I didn't lose any reps after a month layoff because I'm almost 15 lbs lighter. Lol

Bloated as fuuuuuck from eating entirely too much friday night, yesterday, and especially today. But I feel like I have slightly more definition with a full belly than empty extra saggy belly. I might just be high on food.

How in the Fuck are you getting those abs to pop. What exercises/weight routines?

Dead serious question my man. Cheers.

I just do pulls and pushes. My pullups and chinups are very few. But I try and keep my legs suspended out in front of me while engaging my core muscles. I don't do a great job of it but it will hopefully get better in time. I also try and keep my core tight while doing pushups and bent over tricep presses. The only weights I've used have been a slow twisting horizontal hourglass motion with my old 10 lb medicine ball the other day.

Gonna start adding that in on the regular and doing some other ab stuff soon. I used to do a lot of other bodyweight ab work yeeeeears back but none of it showed/shows that well unless I'm bloated and working out regularly. Loose skin is a much bigger problem for me than body fat these days. That's what happens when you allow yourself to be within a few lbs of the SHW division with less muscle than a flyweight. Lol

That’s impressive Floppy and I think you’re being hard on yourself tbh. I don’t know much about loose skin and how much it can rebound but if you continue to gain muscle in your shoulders chest and back it will create a tapered look which will significantly reduce the look.

Thanks bro. Yeah, I'm extremely critical of myself (and others unfortunately) in all areas of life. I'm one of those people who sweats their failures much more than celebrates their successes. It's all good. Keeps me motivated at least. Haha

I'm 51 and did pretty good this summer. I got down to a low of 176 lbs and 9.1% body fat (according to the scale.)  I can't keep 32's on unless I use a belt.

I live on a lake and did a lot of paddleboarding and kayaking didn't even touch the weights, heavybag or MTB much.

Was in good shape in my early 20's and then had some health problems and ballooned up to 250 lbs at one point (I am 6ft)

I stay active and have my diet dialed in to what works for me.

Not sure how to post a pic but I'll give it a try

The only thing I have ever done was 3 months of androstendione in 1999. I had considered SARMS this summer but decided against it I'm pretty much where I want to be so didn't need it.

I've just always been naturally muscular.

I used 2 bottles of Nutrakey DHEA over the summer and 2 bottles of Muscletech Alpha Test got them cheap so figured I'd use them. I pretty much use Nutrakey Arginine year round.

I'm really good about staying on a strict diet and have no aversion to taking more stimulants than a person should which makes me go and go and go.

Thanks guys. How long are everybody's workouts typically? I'm trying to add a good few leg and ab exercises to the routine. But between doing 5 sets per exercise, 1:30-2:00 mins of rest between sets, and daily physical therapy exercises that take up another 20-25 mins before I even get to my strength training, I feel like I might have to break them into different days. As things stand it usually takes me about an hr to an hr 15 to get through my shit.

I do push one day and pulls the other with Sunday off. Since it's just bodyweight should I just add legs to one of those days and abs to the other to make my workouts closer to an hr and a half to 2 hrs? Or designate an entire workout to one of those 4 groups I've mentioned? This is way more difficult for me to figure out than it should be.

It should say how much to take on the bottle. I took half of the suggested amount and still felt a boost.

we dont follow instructions, we are freaks! I take 1500 mg l arginine and 750 mg l citrulline pre workout for a pump. works as a natural viagra too.
