Lol, fair point. And when doing my various exercises should I just do all 5 sets then move on, or should I do a circuit? Used to do circuit years ago but for some reason I've been doing things differently this time around. I'm thinking circuit. My chinup #s are way lower than they would be after doing 5 sets of pullups. Open to advice from the knowledgeable freakazoids.

3 set of ly 12-15 rep
3 set of a different fly 12-15 rep
super set lateral raise 12-15 rep for 3 sets with 12-15 rep tricep pushdown
superset front raise 12-15 with behind tricep movement like dumbbells
weighted pullups or chin ups 4 sets of 5.
seal rows or bent over barbell rows 3 sets of 8.
seated cable from 3 set of 15
trap bar farmer carry 3 sets
trap bar shrugs 3 sets of 10
lat pull down 3 sets of 8.
straight arm pull down 3 set of 8.
back extensions 3 set of 15
face pull cable 3 set of 12
face pull lat pulldown machine 3 set of 15.
one arm rear felt row 3 set of 15 superseted with bicep curl
rear delt fly superseted with hammer curl.
leg ext 3 set of 15
ham curl 3 set of 15
leg press 3 set of 15
kickback machine 3 set of 15.
squat 3 set of 8
deadlift 3 set of 8.
lunges walking 3 set of 20 steps.
calf raise 3 set of 15.
take 4th day off then repeat
