And forgive all the uneducated questions, but when you have the time would you please list the large body parts vs small body parts and what your between set abs and calf work consists of? When you say you do those between sets do you mean between sets, or between exercise. Also, pros and cons of circuit training vs not, in your opinion. Thanks for humoring the ignoramus.

Small body parts are biceps and triceps. Large would be back and legs. I also do one body part a day. I usually do 5 exercises of 4 sets of 6-8 reps though. I do abs at the end of my workouts. I'm sure there is a Planet Fitness nearby you. You can probably get a membership for $10 a month there. It has plenty of free weights and machines to get in shape.

Lol, fair point. And when doing my various exercises should I just do all 5 sets then move on, or should I do a circuit? Used to do circuit years ago but for some reason I've been doing things differently this time around. I'm thinking circuit. My chinup #s are way lower than they would be after doing 5 sets of pullups. Open to advice from the knowledgeable freakazoids.

5 set of 5 incline bench
3 set of 8 weighted dips
3 set of ly 12-15 rep
3 set of a different fly 12-15 rep
super set lateral raise 12-15 rep for 3 sets with 12-15 rep tricep pushdown
superset front raise 12-15 with behind tricep movement like dumbbells 

pull day. 
weighted pullups or chin ups 4 sets of 5. 
seal rows or bent over barbell rows 3 sets of 8. 
seated cable from 3 set of 15
trap bar farmer carry 3 sets
trap bar shrugs 3 sets of 10
lat pull down 3 sets of 8. 
straight arm pull down 3 set of 8. 
back extensions 3 set of 15
face pull cable 3 set of 12
face pull lat pulldown machine 3 set of 15. 
one arm rear felt row 3 set of 15 superseted with bicep curl 
rear delt fly superseted with hammer curl. 

leg day. 

leg ext 3 set of 15
ham curl 3 set of 15
leg press 3 set of 15
kickback machine 3 set of 15. 
squat 3 set of 8
deadlift 3 set of 8. 
lunges walking 3 set of 20 steps. 
calf raise 3 set of 15. 

take 4th day off then repeat

Thanks guys. I wrecked my back today just doing air squats. Probably got it started with supermans yesterday. Gonna stick to leg raises and crunch variations for ab work. Maybe some bridges. But I think the extension on the supermans is what started this problem. That or the downhill jogging at the end of my hike last night.

Lol!! I am a broken down piece of shit. My lower back is always going to be a problem. Felt well enough yesterday morning to do pullups and chinups but could feel pain with every step while jogging after my son last night. Still was a little tight this AM but after deciding to do my pushups, dips, and bodyweight skullcrushers my shit is fucked proper again. Could feel it just doing the first set of pushups. I've really gotta do better about not pushing through certain pains and let my body fully heal before resuming exercise. Fuck

Making my shit worse by not missing a day will be my excuse. I'd rather miss a day or few than keep hobbling around leaning to one side.

Dudes.. I'm in the best shape in a long time. Maybe 2 years or so. Diet has been really clean! Protein intake has been good. Doing this cycle:

 

Test 500mg wk

Tren 300mg wk

Anadrol 50 ED

 

This has been for last 4 weeks. I started Nolva this week. I'm always paranoid lol. But this ester of Test has me hurting super bad. Like I can't train. Walk. Nothing! My whole ass cheek is sore as fuck! What do!? I'm hurting bad. I've done 50 different types of test. Never had issues. The ester is MCT or something. 

Sounds like whoever made it used too much BA.

get too a bikram yoga studio or a hot yoga studio that does a similar series of poses. give 100% to every second of every pose for the entire class. you will fix your back and if you literally give your entire soul to the workout you will leave feeling like you had a psychedelic  experience. I have done lots of drugs. acid, mushrooms, dmt etc. so this is not bullshit. if you give even 95% of your effort you will not reach this state. Go in knowing the classes are incredibly hard and with the heat borderline too uncomfortable to finish. that's the feeling you will get it you give it your all. very few people have the ability to push their body to that level that is required to reach enlightenment but when you do ... I would exit the class after it's done and just turn the shower as cold as it goes and stand under it for like 15 minutes paralyzed for the exhaustion. I fixed a bulge disk in my back in 30 days. 30 classes in 30 days. then I resumed lifting and hit a PR about a month later. a doctor told me not to workout  for 8 weeks. I took a week off and started smoking weed for the anti inflammatory and pain relief right before class. did not take any pharmaceutical drugs. You can fix your own body if you have the will to do it through hard work. just like you can build your body the same way. how bad do you want it? enough to be totally pain free? some people dont. just a little less pain overrides the will to work to really fix it l. you know what to do . hope this makes sense.  I ate a gram of mushrooms and I'm too lazy to re read this.

I know some of you guys sprinkled this thread with miscellaneous meal prep tidbits here and there; but would you guys be willing to start a thread about meal prepping, or should I just go to reddit or something like that? My kitchen game is poor, but even making a few days worth of overnight oats and a big bowl of tuna w black beans and salsa for grilled sandwiches is paying dividends for me so far.

I'm looking to expand my horizons and would like to keep everything OG even though this site/app is a piece of shit that seems more and more to be run by slumlords of the interwebs. If one of you knowledgeable fellers doesn't wanna do it please steer me in the right direction at least. I'm doin thangs my brohams.
