OtherGround Forums Bushkill Blades... I suggest a name change

I like the name but if you want mass appeal you can't have the word "kill" in a blade. Imagine if there was a gun company called "Head Exploders" Pistol Compny or maybe "Bloodspat" Shotguns! It wouldn't be good for the person using it because if they killed somebody it would look bad "I see you used a Human Hunter-Destroyer Model 9000 when you gunned down the young man with skittles in his hand!"

it also seems like a synonym with Pussy Slayer (Bush Kill)

So I recommend you change your name to...

Outback Eradicator

Backwoods Nullifier

Backcountry Put The Kabosh On

These use softer language and will be more acceptable by PC liberals.

I would totally buy a Head Exploder brand gun...but could we be a bit more edgy and call it "Head Xploder"?

Have to love those types.  My buddy took his core (license to hunt) in bc, Canada a few years back and they tried to tell him that you aren't supposed to stand on a grouses wings and pull the feet to clean it because it's "inhumane".  I just shot it in the head and how I clean the bird is inhumane?

This is a stone's throw away from my house. Causes a fair bit of traffic in the spring and summer. But the whole surrounding area looks just like this. We're situated right on the Delaware river in the Pocono Mountains. Tons of hidden hiking trails that branch off from the Appalachian Trail. The Appalachian is alright, I even cut a new half-mile section of it last year with OGer Rambo John J's bowie knife. But the hidden trails are even better. Full canopy, private streams. I could go skinny dipping in those creeks and not a damn person would be around to see lol.

It's a small town, not much for commercial space. The real gems are in the wild sections. We're a center for migratory bird species. Rare ones too. Iridescent little fuckers. Bright neon blues, greens, purples, reds, yellows. It's nuts. Every year you see at least a dozen crazy looking bird species flying through. Tons of wildlife of all kinds.

That's beautiful alto!  Those types of areas are the ones that I love spending time in.  If I ever end up in that area I'm definitely going to have stop in and check it out.

If you ever make a Swiss-Amry style knife and call it the "Bushkill Boogaloo" I'm in for 20 spots.

That boy is a goddamn trooper and he's getting a knife on the house this year. That's my word. He deserves it. That is a proper hardass you created my friend. Be proud every day.

City folk lol. As if I'm not city folk.

I've only been up here 8 years lol. I guess it doesn't take long to fall into such a comfortable way of life.
