Looked pretty good. My wife looked at me and asked what Chernobyl was lol. I love her, but I really think she grew up on another planet lol.

As a former nuclear worker I'm very interested to see this show. I hope they get into the details about how much human error it took to blow that place up.

Is this going to be a true-to-history telling of the incident and the aftermath, or a work of fiction loosely based around the catastrophe?

It looks really cool and very unsettling too. 

From articles I've read and videos I've watched about it so many people- particularly engineers, miners and Soviet pilots- were basically sentanced to early deaths trying to cover it up.

The archival documents around Chernobyl are still being sorted through. I think it was a KGB assessment that said that the Chernobyl power plant was being built with poor quality materials and would fall apart within a few years.

The assessment was ignored.
