That's from our boards Fanny. Green means he's important lol. He also stated this has always been a fight until the end meaning no one will stop recruiting him.

link? I rarely go to ESPN's site. The layout kinda sucks and I hate that half the articles require ESPN+.

I can't search their dogshit site. Basically it said Clemson offered fewer, as in WAAAAAY fewer, scholarships than the UGA and Bama's of the world. Clemson has a policy not to offer scholarships to underclassmen, only high school seniors, and they consider a scholarship to be a lock. If you get hurt, you don't lose your scholarship. If you suck, it's the position coach's fault you're not producing, you don't lose your scholarship. Clemson also doesn't accept transfers from other programs.

Basically, they only offer the players they really want, they consider a commitment to be binding, from the one true god Ja Rule himself, and they do not back out of a scholarship.

And Clemson isn't even hardcore with it.

They offered 162 scholarships in 2019.

Washington offered 92, and Stanford only offered 78.

Georgia offered 286, and Bama 287.

gotcha, I have heard that stuff before. it obviously works for them.

programs can be successful with different cultures, as long as everyone buys in. Dabo's way has pretty much everyone buying in

I know UGA offers damn near every HS player in the country but there are different types of offers. I forget which UGA beat writer it was, maybe Seth Emerson, but wrote once before about the different "offers" UGA, and some other programs, have

I forget exactly what they were but something like

offer that the player cannot commit to at the time. the school would not accept that player. sometimes that offer is delayed, meaning it may be accepted later, or it might be as a favor to that kid, for one reason or another. but an offer from UGA might help that kid get an offer from a smaller school. he said you will see this on signing days with some kids. they will have hats from 3 small p5 or G5 schools and one hat from a top 10 type school. the top school isn't actually accepting that kid, even if he wanted to go there

another type of offer is the kid is the second choice. if player A does not commit then they will accept the offer from player B

another is they will accept their commitment as long as a space remains. if the kid waits and the class fills up then the kid can't commit

and he last, which he mentioned was reserved only for a handful of kids each year, was whee uga offered an they would hold a spot for as long as that kid wants. they will turn down commitments from other kids just to keep that spot open. this is reserved for program changing level recruits. I remember Jadon Haselwood was reported to have an offer like that, for example

Yup. When I tried to imagine coaches abusing the system and players, I got a mental image of Lane Kiffin's face.

well, when it comes to waiting on betting lines sometimes you win and sometimes you lose

line opened at -10.5 favoring UGA, I really thought it'd stay about the same or even drop. did not happen.

so wolf, here is my proposed bet.

-13.5, obviously I have UGA, $20

4 to 1 moneyline, you have Notre Dame winning. I'll put up $40, you put up $10

so if Notre Dame wins you get $60. If UGA wins but doesn't cover you get $10. UGA wins and covers then I get $30

ULTIMATE Clown show Pac-12 scheduling at its finest tonight, folks....

Every Pac-12 champ prediction for this season I've seen since the end of last year has been 1 of 3 teams: Oregon, Washington or Utah.

So, let's schedule conference fav Utah to play 2 of its first #$^@^& 4 games on a Thurs or Fri night. And, to make it muuuuuuuuuuuuuch harder for the them and the conference, let's make sure they are both road games.

One against an in-state rival. The other, against USC. And again, let's make sure they're both on the road.......on a weekday.

Busch has officially said that he will get 2 cases per month for a year. But on Twitter, someone commented on one of their posts and they said "He shouldn't have to buy a Busch Light again in his life." There response was "He won't."

Officiating has made this game an embarrassment as well. I'm having a hard time staying tuned in, as the top-to-bottom shit show is just tiresome.

Scott has contract protections, but I'm considering a Gofundme to finance a buy out.

after midnight here and I am struggling to stay awake and finish the last 4 minutes of play

it is not all east coast bias, some of it certainly is shitty scheduling by the west coast

The guy who covers Baylor recruiting put in a crystal ball for him tonight for LSU, for what that is worth. We also had a player decommit today as well.
