That’s similar.  The one in the pic is the Stainless II Target.  I just got the regular one.  Mine doesn’t have the adjustable rear sight.

They’re known for being shitty, over priced, pretty guns that eventually tarnish because they use shitty steel.

Her heart's in the right place, she just needs to know the good stuff from the not-so-good. Now go "buy her" a nice Springer 1911. And offer to trade early and often.

Well, tighter clearances may provide better accuracy but also come with more problems...

First time to the range with a new pistol, my buddies Sig tac ops 9mm jammed or misfired at least one in every mag....$1200+. My S&W M&P 2.0 9mm didn't jam or misfire once through 200 rounds...$600...

Hmmm...

Sigs are overpriced garbage, too.

High bore axis, twangy triggers, major problems with every new gun they've released in the past 15 years.

Retarded fanboys were the only thing keeping Sig in business. Up until some dipshit decided to make the Army's new side piece the p320.

Never had a problem with mine. I ended up trading it for an FN Five Seven though.

My point was, a shitty loose fitted AK or SKS can be thrown in the mud and run over and still fire, while expensive tight firearms need cleaning after every range trip in confined clean conditions....yes I know about the carbon build up and gunk from the carbon and oil from previous cleanings...

I'm lazy too and generally clean before I go shooting but don't right after....I expect some small issues, but I pay 1/2 for my firearms what some do for big names....

You’re gonna have to be religious in cleaning that thing if you wanna keep it in any working order.

It’s not just that they have tighter tolerances. They have tighter tolerances with shitty metal. Don’t use aftermarket mags or cheap ammo.

I have a stainless kimber raptor - it’s my favorite gun to shoot out of the 20+ I have - never a problem.

I'm just saying the only way any gun is jamming every magazine is if it's not clean, there is not a clean functioning gun probably ever made that wouldn't get through 100 rounds between jams unless there is some component that is broken or the wrong magazines are being used

Marriage material.

She definitely is.  I think I’m gonna get her a pistol to keep in her purse for her birthday coming up.  She likes my M&P shield 9mm, so maybe I’ll get her one or something similar that is small.
