Dont try to dress like young people once you're past 25. You look like a fool.

Dont do a comb over.  Just shave it when you go bald.

Keep yourself in decent shape.

Take care of your teeth.

I'm 28 but look 21 so how should I dress.

Skinny jeans. Shirt with rainbow on it.

Its time for you to be proud of who you are.

I am a little mad gays took the rainbow. Colors are dope.

Take it back! Claim it for straights!

I advocate it! Who the fuck said gay people get rainbows?!?

smart mention about the teeth!

young fellows would do well to take care of their mouth; adult dental care is VERY CO$TLY in the USA and Peasant Mouth is another clever way to identify the UPPER class from the LOWER class peasantry

in fact I was just recently in for my annual check-up after changing to a new facility and the Dentist and her Assistants found my teeth quite remarkble and curiously asked me about my care of them and how I went about it making comment about their good condition and would sometimes even ask the same question a few moments later after marveling about my fangs.

I think drinking MILK is a significant element to the health of my teeth along with brushing once or twice each day and flossing in the evening. I don't over brush because I imagine it to be like sand-papering a rock but I do a gentle rinsing and swishing of water and also regular chewing of gum after each meal.

besides the obvious of AVOID TOXIC DRUGS, NO SMOKING, Alcohol in MODERATION, and exercise/staying active;  there has been smart mention of Practice KINDESS, COMPASSION, and a POSITIVE attitude, Get a Good Regular Sleep, and taking care the TEETH!

My grandpa lived actively and healthy well into his 90s.

He spent a lifetime working in the sun. I have his 50 year pin from the Ironworkers local.

Lifelong on and off alcoholic...more on than off.

Drank coffee by the pot.

Always ate meat.

Chewed Copenhagen.

Genetics trump all. The end.

Yep.
And if you're a smoker, time to stop.

Is it smoking or nicotine that causes one to age more quickly?

You're looking at 1,000's of chemicals into the body when smoking, the combustion of inhaling smoke, damaging of not only your health but your skin as well. Tons of articles out there, including the benefits to your skin when you quit even at later stages of your life - alongside exercise and a moderately healthy diet.

I've smoked for years, even though on the flip side I trained like a beast. However as I got older I started feeling bad effects, weird heart pains when falling asleep, looking more ragged in the face etc. Since I stopped I look younger and chest pains are 100% gone. I thought my cardio would increase, but the opposite happened. For about a year it was a rough go cardio wise, I felt I couldn't do the same that I did even when I was smoking. Eventually it got better.

Fasting keto and exercise.

Over a year and a half At 56 I reversed pre-diabetes, borderline cholesterol issues. I have perfect blood work now, perfect blood pressure and resting HR in the low 50s and sometimes 40s.

Started doing parkour this year lol. Most days I feel between than I ever have.

But dont dress like a douche.

Old age age homes hate me.

This. 45 here.
I have a couple of beers almost everyday.
Drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee while at work, along with 3-5 diet Dr. Peppers.
No drugs.
At jail several times a week (but only for work).
Workout 2 times a day, every day.
Love taking afternoon naps out in the sun.
I love meat (no homo). Steaks, chicken, ribs, ect...

5-10, stay between 150 and 155 lbs. No gray. People are always surprised when they find out my age and that I have adult daughters.

I got the good Native American genes (like my pops). Some of my family members, not so much...

Just got back from the gas station. Bought some alcohol and was carded. The cashier asked what kind of special water I'm drinking lol. Lifestyle for sure matters. I think stress is a bigger factor than people think.

Alcohol and drugs have to be among the worst common things, granted some people are outliers.

I would also guess only eating processed food every so often would be good too.

My sister was a surgical nurse for years.  She said they can tell a person smokes by the color and texture of their blood vessels.   She said it's very obvious.

That can't be good.
