Exercise and workout.  Even at the loss sleep and rest.

You will feel much better.

Im 43 and have young kids.  I was getting my 8 hours of sleep a night every night but no gym or exercise.  For the last year I've been going to the gym 4 days a week, mostly at night after kids go to sleep.  3 of the days on in the gym til almost midnight. Home and in bed and up next morning with only 4 - 1/2 to 5 hours of sleep.

Dropped 35-40 lbs and look and feel much better.

Do whatever you have to to exercise.

Fasting keto and exercise.

Over a year and a half At 56 I reversed pre-diabetes, borderline cholesterol issues. I have perfect blood work now, perfect blood pressure and resting HR in the low 50s and sometimes 40s.

Started doing parkour this year lol. Most days I feel between than I ever have.

But dont dress like a douche.

Old age age homes hate me.

Started doing parkour this year ------REALLY!??!  that's Incredible!

I was just going to add:  What about Engaging in Youtfhful activities like longboarding or riding a razor?  Could it impact the vibrational frequency resetting it to a more youthful oscilation resulting in a younger impression?

WORKing out seems very tedious toil but if exercise became a more fun playful endeavor then perhaps it would yield a more youthful condition?

also congratulations on your BIG WIN achievment!

I eat healthy. Spend a lot of time outside. Been smoking for 20 years, doesn't really seem to affect how my skin looks. I'm 33 and people often think i'm 25ish.

What is everybodies problem with skinny jeans? I wear them all the time. Way more comfortable then regular jeans..

Diet, exercise. Take care of your teeth, skin, and hair.

After reading an article with Terry Crews on his 1-meal a day diet for older guys (he got it from Randy) I tried it and it works. Old guys really don't need to eat much every day.

Shouldn’t staying out of the sun be number 1 on the list? The sun is what ages our skin. Even getting a tan is causing damage to your dna

Have a job that is both mentally and physically taxing at times.

Work out.  Strength training is a must.  It's the most effective thing to stop physical decay.  For those of you who quit martial arts, I'd suggest keeping up some form of strength training until you basically die or are unable to do it.  It prevents both physical and mental decay in a way nothing else does.

Eat well.

Make sure you have a good doctor.  Listen to your fucking doctor.

If you really want to stretch it out, consider HRT once you get into your late 40s-early 50s. (I'm not there yet but considering).

Dont wreck yourself with drugs and alcohol in your 30s and 40s. You arent a fucking child anymore, so fucking cool it.

That's pretty much all I got.

Also saying it's all genetics doesnt make sense.

Your genetics arent all genetics...your genetic makeup reacts to and is partially formed via your environment.

There are unquestionably genetic advantages though.

This is true, but lung cancer isnt the only thing smoking can negatively impact.

Not that some people will smoke for years and suffer exceptionally little for it...that does happen too.

I get weird looks from people when I'm with my kids when they find out I'm their father. They're 25 this year. I have a Grandkid on the way. They ask me if I had them when I was 13. My thoughts.

1. Genetics
2. Stay out of the sun
3. Moisturize
4. Wear sun glasses religiously
5. Drink lots of water
6. Stay active

All of them are equally important, but the last one to me has been the most important. Whenever I get injured from Jiu Jitsu, like I did the past six months, I felt older. Flexibility went out the window, I moved slower, felt mentally slower. Keep moving.

ENVY!  These HuskyFats are too SOFT for more masculine cardio and they just SKIP the cardio because "all you need is WeightLifting" and then they HATE on soft stretchy skinny jeans because they don't know the LUXURY of this experience in evoultion of SCIENTIFIC technology which is like the microwave of fashion!

yes and I also suspect how one moves influences their vibrational frequency.  Riding a Longboard and/or Razor Scooter should be mixed in with the Mall/Park walking

I don't like the RISK/REWARD though.  What's the REWARD for taking a chance on lung-cancer and/or aging terribly?  Also cigs are EXPENSIVE and the $$$ one spends on cigs is RISKING that money against the GOOD LIFE Retirement.

also it is like owning a PitBull.  The rare individual outlier may be able to pull it off but for most it will imply a trashy impression

Hydrate with plenty of water.

Moisturize with a vitamin C serum, hyaluronic acid, a day lotion with sunblock and a night cream with collagen.

This. 45 here.
I have a couple of beers almost everyday.
Drink 3 or 4 cups of coffee while at work, along with 3-5 diet Dr. Peppers.
No drugs.
At jail several times a week (but only for work).
Workout 2 times a day, every day.
Love taking afternoon naps out in the sun.
I love meat (no homo). Steaks, chicken, ribs, ect...

5-10, stay between 150 and 155 lbs. No gray. People are always surprised when they find out my age and that I have adult daughters.

I got the good Native American genes (like my pops). Some of my family members, not so much...

You tripped up my brain there for a second when you said you go to jail several times a week.
Was thinking how the fuck does anyone do that so often and so consistently? Then I got to the working part...LMAO
