I had to run out and get cat and dog food, and thought I'd stop by my local Cabela's on the way. Thinking about picking up another pistol and I'm out of .45 ACP
The parking lot there was fucking packed. It was worse than Black Friday.
I went in and saw the line for the registers. It wrapped all the way around the store. Never saw it like that ever.
Since I was gonna look at a pistol I didn't think much about it, since I could pay for my ammo if I bought something.
I took a number and looked to see what number was the next to be taken care of. There were almost 40 people ahead of me.
So I said fuck it and left, since I can get what I'm looking for online.
On my way out, I ran into someone I know who works there. She said they haven't seen anything like this since the store opened back in 2007.
Is there going to be a run?
Based on some of my orders at work, I'm going to say yes.
I think it's a combination of coronavirus fear and the upcoming election
