I put up my new Kitty Litter Transformer to take on some Steel Wool with some VERY bright results.  I've got a bunch of chemicals I'll be passing high-voltage, high current through.  This was just for giggles.  Had a tiny bit of magnesium inside the copper terminal but the heat was not high enought to set it off.

No one should ever try any of these things at home.  I am an idiot.

I WOULD NOT give enough info to build this on the OG but as a nerd I'm curious of the basic set up. If it is made with kitty litter I would think it is some sort of wet cell?

The kitty litter box is just for lols and because it's a perfect plastic container for some MOTs and capacitors in mineral oil.

That's pretty badass. I remember when I was in high school I put a halo shaped CFL bulb in the school microwave along with a potato and it lit up the room pretty bright before one of the teachers saw it and flipped out. I wish I never grew out of doing that kind of thing.
