Yes. Do it. Stillwater, Oklahoma.

If you are there at the right time, walk across the lot and check to see if OSU has anyone training. Someone at the HoF will know if they are there.

All seriousness though what's up with this hall of fame? Is it for United States wrestling or does it include guys from other countries?

Someone let me know if they end up checking it out and I'll go with. I drive past it once every few weeks and honestly haven't been inside for probably 20 years. I've been meaning to go. I know it was closed down for a while for renovations but I think it's open again.

2-3 hours. Depends on your interest level.

Unfortunately, the renovations caused my nameplate to go in a box in the back room.

Don't think I told the story how this almost backfired, well at least in my imagination.

I let the staff know that I had posted an online challenge and to let me know if anyone shows up.

Bear in mind that there are actually two. The one in Stillwater is amateur wrestling. I have been there and have actually been inducted (WV Chapter - Class of 2012 - Lifetime Service to Wrestling). There is a lot of historical stuff there and it is interesting if you are into amateur wrestling. I loved it but I wrestled/coached for 40+ years and it might not be your cup of tea. In Waterloo are the Dan Gable Museum and the George Tragos and Lou Thesz Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame. If you are looking for pro wrestling stuff you have to go there. I have not been to Waterloo but would like to see the Dan Gable Museum sometime.

I must admit I thought it would be bigger.

I was in the general area staking out a casino, so took break to run over to the HOF.

Maybe I rushed things a bit but it was neat.

Ate at Eskimo Joe's and grabbed some souvenirs.
