We Are All One Mean Species - How'd you do it? Need my wife to be on that program.

Hardcore keto for 4 months, worked out 90 mins a day lifting and bootcamp style then just eat low carb and stay away from sugar.

I dont work out 90 mins a day right now, but in the winter I do. My job is physical tho.

Just get her to cut the sugar, the boxed food, the junk food,  smaller portions and move...

265.

I was 165 in grad school.

In grad school nobody believed me because of my athletic build.  "You gotta be 200 - you're all muscle."

Now nobody belives I could possibly be 100 over.  "Dude, you could stand to lose 50, but there's no way you are 265."

Unfortunately food is my only pleasure and I have health problems that prevent me from even walking a mile (passing out, asthma).  Once the doctors quit scheduling my appoointments a month apart and get serious then I can do the same.

how much would an average person need to weight to be able to lose 90 pounds?  if i lost that much, i'd look like this

I was a big girl dude. Pushin 240. After my dad died i drank a lot and ate my feelings. I packed on 60 pounds in a year.

Doctor told me if i didnt change my lifestyle i wouldnt see the age of 40. I did what i had too.

I kept a big chunk of the weight off. In the summer ill gain 15-20 cause i love beer, bbq, and poutine. In the winter i stay strict and lose my summer gain and maintain. With the job i have now i have no choice or i wouldnt be able to keep up.

The most surprising thing about my weightloss is that my shoe size went down 2 sizes.

Its also really nice not having to lift my leg up to dry my vagine after a shower anymore lol!

I was 157 yesterday and that’s my waalking around weight plus or minus 3 lbs. I’d have to get down to 67 lbs. I’m fairly certain I would be dead.

I just ate scrambled eggs with bacon and potatoes and cheese, a cup of yogurt, two glasses of OJ and two cups of coffee. Not at home but at a hotel buffet.  And now I had to read this thread?  WTF

CONGRATS are in order!

Good for you! That's amazing.

I've been doing IF (20/4) for about 18 months lost almost 30 lbs) and now keto for about 2 months (lost another 12) and feel better than ever. Sugar is the devil and it's in EVERYTHING!!!

Good work NH...

I lost close to 100 from 18 to 20 y/o....was around 258 and went to 160. That was 20 years ago. Settled in nicely at 175 for the last 10 years or so.

The best way to convince your wife to work out and become more attractive is to start getting the attention of other (attractive) women,

Indeed... I had a perfect storm situation when it came to looks in a really short period of time and it’s driving my wife nuts

I’m loving it though... women are much more forward now

I just eat low carb and sometimes have fruit.

I dont mind bouncing 15-20 pounds a year and working to do that. I still get to enjoy the things i love.

Im nowhere near what i was and my doc is happy, so im happy :)
