Bloodshot  6/10

Not particulary good just mindless cliche comicbook action. Wished for Vin's sake it was better but its meh. The female lead, Eiza González is beautiful

An Inspector Calls 8/10

It's on Amazon Prime. Went in with zero expectations and ended up really liking it. The ending was kind of depressing.

I always refer to my woman like Will Ferrel does ....

6/10 from me as well.

I was hoping for more of a Marvel movie-esque intro to the Valient comics universe that was a bit more literal in the translation.

Ford v Ferrari - 9.5/10 not a racing fan so I was hesitant to give this a try, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this movie is. Highly recommend it.

You need to watch Rush

That's an easy 10. 9 minimum.

Scorpio was an all-time great villain.

i never thought john wayne sold the macho, old school tough guy vibe. felt forced. lee marvin shits on the duke.

adjusting for its age, this movie's perfect. i miss movies not explaining themselves over and over again. shit just happens and it was on you to put it together. my wife, who has never, once not zoned out playing on her phone when i watch "action movies" was all in by the end of the film.

look for a throwaway line where sgt bowren (richard jaeckel) just calls everyone pussies ordering them into formation. something about they way they dropped that made me lose my shit.

Hacksaw Ridge 8/10.

Never bothered watching up until now, Andrew Garfield just seems lame. Good movie though, starts kind of boring but amps ups. Some really gory stuff in the battle scenes (which are great), filmed in a way though that makes it less gritty. Not sure if that's good or bad. Action almost seems kind of comic bookish.

Overall very entertaining, has a righteous feel good vibe to it despite all the carnage. Guy joins the army during wartime but refuses to bear arms, just wants to be a medic.

Can someone list some 10's or 9's on Netflix playing right now besides Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. This thread is to long for me to search thru. I have not watched TV in a few years so looking for the standouts on Netflix.

I’ve seen that movie a few times and aside from some really good performances, it just doesn’t do anything for me for some reason. Never felt like de Niro needed to be in it, he barely talks

Spenser Confidential.

I enjoyed 7.5/10.

I'm from that area so it was cool to see.    Especially being in quarantine.
