Oh to dream :(

Psychology 101, the data shows that after a year in that house it would just be normal to you and you would be looking for something else. Its just human nature.

Cars are very good examples of this. You get a new car then a few months later you still miss the shitty car you got after leaving school etc.

An indoor pizza oven is fucking retarded. Millions of better things you can do with a kitchen. They take like a quarter of a day heating up and you really have to know what you’re doing to use one. I assume it’s gas assisted, but still. They’re going to use it a couple times a year and then never.

good god stfu already

The property is gorgeous and a value compared to other places. Problem is that you are not 6 million dollars away from Detroit or Pontiac again.

One of the nicer ones you've ever posted. Looks practically move in ready.

I like how it has a massive yard.

No. I think about dream kitchens regularly enough, and that’s just plain moronic.

Say you are interested in the house, and take video of yourself running through it.

lol 30 or 40 miles is not far enough from Detroit? It is 30 miles from the border of Detroit and about 40 from downtown I think.

Over 5 million and has an above ground pool? C'mon, elbows too pointy bros.

It's a joke but technically.......it has one!
