What about all the riots last year when people were murdered along with setting fire to police stations with cops there. Murdering store owners because they had the audacity to ask rioters not to destroy what they worked their whole lives for (including black store owners) I believe they also attacked a federal court building. Just to name a few instances out of the thousands that took place.

Plus, the designation can be used politically by either side. It's a very slippery slope and one we should reject as a nation.

But we won't because partisan politics is more important to people than the constitution.
