in Qld australia, we locked down for about a month back in march. everything pretty much re-opened in april and has been the same ever since. we only had 1000 cases all up but in melbourne they do have a major lock down and they have over 20,000 cases.

this is a troll right? Survival rate is in the high 98 percentile, of not higher. There is a more viable risk DRIVING to and from the bar, than COVID.
These steps are totally over the top and are not commensurate with the risk the virus poses.
No one cares about "cases." We have rapid tests now. Originally, we were short on tests and those tests were slow. You can get your test back in one hour now, of course there are going to be "more cases..."
If I have a massive stack of money...that I hand count...versus the same stack of money I run through an electric counter...regardless of how fast that electric counter reads the bills, I am not getting rich..no one says, "HOLY FUCK LOOK AT HOW FAST THE MONEY IS ROLLING IN NOW!!!!"
More tests, rapid tests = more cases...
One county in California had 3.4 million tests and 27 tests...200k of those tests were positive...27 deaths!
And again, who cares if you are positive, that just means you have a piece of paper from the lab...MOST people will never experience a symptom. We have threads on this site...the worst symptoms were people saying.."I got really bad chills...and food tasted odd."
