yesterday i had a workout with 70lb kb russian swings. it was a 15 minute amrap, completed 8 rounds.
3 strict ring muscle ups
10 20lb wall balls
15 70lb russian kb swings
Total kb swings = 120
It was brutal. If you guys are looking to add a cheap piece of equipment to your house get a set of olympic rings. great for arms, traps, lats and chest. you can buy a pair for around $20
Muscle ups have always eluded me, perhaps because my max pullup number is 10.
second time doing tgu and definitely notice my right side is ok with a 35 lb kb, left side is a bit of a struggle. I blame (credit?) being a right janded fapper
