Missed posting yesterday.  100 scp all done.  Taking the rest day today ... but just ran hills for 30 mins.  God I love summer

Been out of town since friday afternoon.  Got the TGUs in before i hit the road.  Had to skip the swings yesterday. About to make them up today

Gonna have to wait until i get thru with some meetings to get after the swings this afternoon.  Swings are the easiest of the movements, as i have done them for years, off and on.

Swings are definitely my favorite.

Clean/ Squat/ Press are the worst. They never seem to get easy.

Yeppers to that.  Always a leg killer, especially when you have to do a hundred of them.

TGUs done.  Tomorrow is my leg day in my regular program so it’ll be SCP as well. Yippee ...ugh

100 SCP done.  

I’m going to increase my weight on the TGUs when I get to S and S. I’ve gone very light as my form was awful the first round of the thundergut challenge

Helped my sister move the other day and I can feel quite a difference in my strength vs. how I was six months ago.

100 kb swings done on a rest day yesterday.  Doing them the day after deadlifts sure makes you aware of your hamstrings. Wow

This challenge is kicking my ass, but it is also kicking my ass into shape.

Today was Day 13 for me, and every single day I finish the workout with my sweatpants + t-shirt completely drenched with sweat.

I am doing all three sets of Swings and TGU with 53 lb, but I'm still at 35 lbs for CSP

Get after it!

You’re an animal Chaz.  I just doubled up with TGUs and 100 swings to make up for a lazy day yesterday.

100 squat/clean/press in the bank.  In fact it may have been 120 as I lost count on my sets of 5 a couple times while I was watching sports centre and didn’t want to come up short.

TGUs on Saturday and 100 swings yesterday.  Today is SCP again.  Ugh!
