Missed a day of swings and TGUs yesterday as I went on a little road trip and then to see Jim Jefferies last night. I did get 30 mins and 5 kms of hills and 50 pull-ups in though.
I’m splitting up the swings and TGU’s today. I got 100 swings, 100 push-ups and 50 TGUs in at lunch. I’ll see how many more I can add along with my regular workout tonight and hopefully make up for the day off yesterday.
