Where you at Burt Macklin??
I hurt my shoulder and my masters program has been kicking the shit out of me. But I haven't given up!
I'm actually still working on challenge 3: 5000 Swings and 1000 Turkish Get Ups. I am way behind schedule, but I'm not gonna stop till I've done every rep.
Also I'm doing a new challenge simultaneously: Jog 100 miles over 100 days. I am a big fat guy so that is a pretty ambitious number for me. I am 4 days in and I've clocked 5 miles so far.
Hope you are still out there grinding. Keep getting after it dude.
