Until this, simplefit.org was the best free calisthenics strength routine i'd ever seen. (Freeletics was interesting, though it's more of a conditioning routine that a pure strength routine.)
They took this template from Overcoming Gravity, by Stephen Low, one of the best books about building might and muscle I've ever seen. It's nothing revolutionary, but he collected all the training information people were pointing you at when they told you to read people like Siff or Verkhoshansky.
And I wish I had someone hand out this workout for me when i was trying to assemble it from Overcoming Gravity. Seriously, the quality of information they collected and simplified for you is unbelievable. Check it out.
I'm glad to see this thread is still getting attention a year later.
The recommended routine I originally linked to has changed.
The new routine (which replaced the previous routine and is now the one available at the link above) is more focused on hypertrophy and is more balanced (skill work removed, a hinge movement added). It's still a fantastic program, if that's what you want.
The original, which is more faithful to Overcoming Gravity with its emphasis on strength and skill work, can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine_2017
