WWE probably owns his fake name, that's why so many guys have fake names in WWE so the the company can own the rights to the character.

He can legally change his name like the Ultimate Warrior did and Vince can't do shit about it.

Amazing amateur wrestler. And no immortal just because he used to be a pro wrestler doesn’t mean the fight will be fixed

Not overly high expectations for his career as a whole, but I will be watching. His opponent is certainly being hand picked for him.

Sort of.
Warrior did it as a precaution initially but still had to win a court case to prove he created the name, look, character. ....which he easily could because all the footage of pre-WWE stuff still existed.
Vince being Vince decided to claim he invented and owned the whole thing rather than just admit he added the word Ultimate.

^^^Yes

From wikipedia:

At the 2005 NCAA Division I championships, he lost to University of Pennsylvania's Matt Feast in the second round, and did not place. As a senior in 2006, Hager had a seventh-place finish in the NCAA championships and also defeated the future national champion, Dustin Fox from Northwestern University. Hager was named an All-American at season's end while setting the Oklahoma record for most pins in a single season with 30.

In Vince's defense, Ultimate is a much cooler name than Dingo.

He’s a good wrestler. If he’s with a good team, he could be good.

Hager is like 6'7" and 275 lbs and a former All American wrestler at the University of Oklahoma. This dude could do well in MMA. This is not like CM Punk coming in at a late age with little experience in any fighting art.
