This is awesome. I seriously want to be a part of this, whether it's witnessing it and drink the free beer afterwards, or getting a fight on this "UG Grand Prix". How kickass, I hope you guys kick each others asses and feel rewarded afterwards. I've heard the word Indiana come up a few times, so if this thing is in Indiana count me in. Im 21, 6'3" walking at 240. I want to be a part.

I'll take the fight with Flogging... I'm 31, 5'5" walking at 125 completely soaking-ass wet AND carrying groceries. (Just kidding on the "I'll take the fight" part as Floggingmicah is HUGE!)

This is a blast! I'm getting my ass kicked at work. (I work for a real estate investment company.) I'm in a closing right now, but have to jump on to see what's up. So, yes, I do have a job. I just moved out of my parent's basement so I could do something with my life. To those of you who are considering being a part of this card, but will have to travel, you have to ask yourself...DO YOU WANNA BE A FUCKING FIGHTER?!?!?

LOL, no Travis Fulton slams for me, I'm not retarded. In all honesty I'm a far better grappler than I am a stand up fighter. "Based on the pics of Dreamer and what he has told us, I do have a couple questions, though:" 1.) When were you in the Army? May 1999-May 2003 2.) Where did you go to Basic at? Fort Knox, KY 3.) What "stuff" did you learn that you refer to? They teach some basic hand to hand, not a whole lot though. I've got plenty of experience other than that though, I'll be ok. 4.) What unit, battalion and brigade were you in? Well, at Knox I was D-co 1st platoon although I'm having trouble remembering the battalion name. My first duty station was at Camp Casey, S. Korea where I was in A-co, 2nd platoon, 1/72nd armor, 2nd Infantry Division. Then I was sent to Fort Hood, TX where I was with B-co, 2nd platoon, 3/8 cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division. While at Hood I did a 4 month deployment to Kuwait April-August 2001. 5.) Where were you stationed during your tour? See above.

I'll have my girlfriend take a good pic of me and I'll post it up in a couple days for the fight poster. I don't have a family to support, just me and my fiance, who is fully supporting my decision to fight. God I love that woman.

Ok, just read through this thread again and noticed I missed a few questions so here goes. Q: from SacWerneck about webcast: I really don't know anything about webcasting man, but fill me in on the details and I'll see about it. Q From TJHammerhead: No, I don't have any tattoo's and my hair looks pretty much like it does in the pic although I'll probaly cut it short for the fight so my own sweat doesn't blind me. Q: What is Budo? Well, there is probably many definitions but where I trained it's basically a mixture of Karate, kickboxing, wrestling and a few other arts. We were taught to flow smoothly and to keep pressure on your enemy until they are defeated. Q: Did I 'hit' the Thai girls in the pic: No, the one closest to me was a friend I worked with at Death Valley National Park in California, my girl and I visited her in Bangkok when we came up the following fall, her name is Honey. Q: Will this be posted on youtube: I don't really know how to do that but I give full permission for someone else to post it if someone videos it and Supercan has no objections. I would like a copy of the fight for myself though. Q from Supercan: Why was I in Thailand? Just a month vacation, we spent a few days in Bangkok then went north to SukhoThai for a couple days then headed to Chiang Mai for 11 days. After that we took a train all the way south to Phuket for a couple days then to Ao Nang for a few more before returning to Bangkok for 3 days and flying home. The whole trip (airfare, lodging, food, fun) cost 2,000 dollars apiece.

Jack Furious said, "I'll take a stab at the 135er that doesn't train!" I've dabbled in BJJ for the last few months and would absolutely love to try an amateur fight if this thing ever took place. If you're serious and don't have years upon years of training (I don't want to lose horribly, lol), I'd do it.

Holy shit, who'd of thought our friendly little challenge could turn into a whole card? Dreamer420 vs Supercan Jack Furious vs Wray Cre vs Erik the Red? Who else is interested, this could be an ammy promoters wet dream, a whole card dropped into his lap. UG Grandprix 2007 This should become an annual event.

On that note it'd be cool if some of the green namers could participate against each other for some good quality fights, dunno if they are allowed to fight on Ammy cards though after fighting pro.

Supercan, you will not eat my heart, because I have none...merely a cold, hard ball of resin. You will not eat my children because I already ate them. *slaps Supercan with wet noodle*

Great poster, rockfists. You're the current front runner for the case of beer prize. You have to change KKM Fighting Championship to UG Amateur Grand Prix, though.
