Taco Muncher -

There are going to be few posters in this thread -- or among the general populace -- who wouldn't be thrilled to have a "dad bod" like Overeem's at age 40.

My thoughts as well

Size - The GnP he put on Brett Rogers in the Übereem days was one of the most beastly things I've ever seen in MMA.

Just went back watch rewatched fight, Mauro Ranello announcing said it was two days before his 30th birthday.  His recent win over Harris was the night before his 40th birthday.  I recall Reem said in post fight interview it was his100th  professional (MMA/Kickboxing).
Unreal longevity

It’s actually insane. I’ve known quite a few fighters over the years, including some higher level veterans, and their bodies are just destroyed. Reem has gone through an insane amount of punishment and can still compete at a high level.

His technical skill level is off the charts. Fighters drop off b/c they keep fighting the exact same way they do in their physical prime even after they get old. Overeem's ability to re-invent himself multiple times over his career is a feat in of itself.

One thing I will never understand is how he used to make LHW in his younger days.

The dude is 6'5". How could he have possibly made 205 back then? I know he was a lot thinner, but still had a large muscular frame.

I suspect they pumped helium up his ass before weigh ins.
