It doesn't look good. But the reason he was in the clink initially is bad too so fuck 'im. He's seems to have turned out to be a trash person. Child porn "under 12" means he can go to prison with no sadness from me.

PARKERSBURG – A former Cedar Falls boxer and mixed martial arts fighter who has been awaiting trial for domestic violence has been charged with child porn.

A federal grand jury handed up the indictment on Wednesday charging Travis Jon Fulton, 43, recently of rural Parkersburg, with sexual exploitation of a child, possession of child porn and receipt of child porn.

The charges were unsealed Friday when Fulton made an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids. He pleaded not guilty and was detained pending a further hearing.

Trial was tentatively set for April.

The charges allege Fulton attempted to entice a minor to engage in sexual conduct for the purpose taking pictures with a Canon PowerShot camera in November 2020, according to court records.

He is also accused of possessing a DataTraveler flash drive with child porn involving a child under age 12 between November 2018 and November 2020.

Court records show Fulton is currently awaiting trial for willful injury and domestic assault charges in connection with a September 2019 incident where he is accused of repeatedly punching a woman in the head and back in Waterloo and threatening to kill her if she talked to police.

The woman suffered injuries to her jaw, nose and palate and was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City for treatment, records state.

“The defendant is a self-proclaimed professional fighter, with a twenty year career, and the ability to do serious bodily injury with his hands,” a police officer who investigated the case wrote in court records.

Fulton and the woman were detained earlier this month for violating a restraining order after they were seen together at the Isle Casino Hotel on Jan. 28.

If true, he should get 322 consecutive life sentences.

It's insane that these sick fucks are so blatant about this kind of shit that they get caught like that, and it's scary to think about how many of these fuckers don't get caught.

Our system needs to seriously revamp the punishment side of child porn, child rape, child anything. These fuckers clearly feel the risk is worth it. Maybe longer sentences for possession and life or even death for rapes and molestation would deter some of this shit.

In addition to what I'm copy/pasting it also said he previously was involved in hitting/beating up a woman and threatening her if she went to the police.

It's not surprising, but it is disappointing.  

I thought enough time passed where if someone was to talk about the accomplishments of his fight career, it would be a while before someone brought up that super old walmart racist rant he did way back in the day.

It's hard to big up someone when they have that in their past.  Now this.  I doubt people will talk about his fight record without his past and non fight stuff being brought up.
