I wouldn't be surprised either way, but I gotta take Diaz!

I'd favour Pettis by decision.

I have this fight looking a lot like Pettis vs Holloway. Diaz wins by 2nd Rd. Submission.

Haven't seen enough of Nate lately to make an insightful prediction. One thing is for sure when fights get more difficult, Diaz does not wilt and he should have superior cardio. I'll predict Nate for those reasons, but a Pettis knockout or decision by way of stick and move kicks wouldn't be too shocking.

Should be 5rounds. Pettis can steal a decision in a 3rounder.

But I am picking Nate anyway.

Midfight Pettis is going to smile or do some friendly shit and then this "I am just going to put on a show" loser mentality will kick in and Nate overwhelms him.

I'd like Diaz to win but I see Pettis touching him up with kicks from the outside, utilizing the lower leg lick and calf kick to slow Diaz down and possibly drop him a few times that way. I'll go with Pettis by UD

I'm inclined to go with Pettis. But it's a tough call in my opinion. The difference in the fight is probably going to be Nate's biggest weakness...leg kicks. If Pettis did what he did to Wonderboy's legs, Nate is gonna have serious problems planting that front foot. And if he can't generate enough power to get Pettis' respect, I think Pettis batters him in the 2nd half of the fight. If this were 5 rounds, I think Pettis' style leads to him fading cardio wise, but in 3 rounds the edge has to be with Pettis.

Pettis hasn't won B2B fights since 2013/2014. Yikes.

This won't be close, Pettis has zero heart or desire to be great.  He quit against T-Ferg with a broken hand, Faber fought with two broken hands and just started using elbows.  Diaz will frustate him and he'll probably throw the towel in before the 3rd round.

So how many times have you fought professionally at the highest level? Pettis fights his ass off in every single one of his fights, win or lose. He's already reached greatness

Pettis can win if he uses his legs, especially calf kicks. If he doesn't do that effectively he'll get picked apart.

This is a rough call! I like pettis, he has been fighting while nate has been partying and doing so much outside the cage. I believe pettis will do what Josh Thompson was able to do an route to decision, he should be the faster striker coming into this one. Can't wait!

Pettis doing flashy shit for 3 rounds an route to decision. Nate been out of the game for too long and will be slow.

I got Pettis doing fancy shit for 3 rounds, not really connecting on much then Diaz bitching about how he didn't want to fight him. Hope I am wrong though and Nate pieces him up.

I got petits for the fact that he has been active and just melted Wonderboy like one has before.

Very winnable fight for Nate, but won't be surprised to hear if either won
